Question 1

Do you hold my funds?

Accepted Answer

No. Your wallet signs every transaction, and we never hold a key to your wallet. Nothing moves through our site unless you sign it. Our fee is a line inside the transaction you sign. Burned tokens are destroyed, locked tokens sit in a Jupiter Lock account, and creator fees are paid straight from the coin's own fee sharing account. None of it passes through a wallet of ours first.

Question 2

Which tokens does it work with?

Accepted Answer

Any SPL or Token-2022 token, from any launchpad: pump.fun, Bonk.fun, Meteora, Believe, Bags, Moonshot, StonkFun or anywhere else. A few features depend on where a token launched. Locked Split works for pump.fun and Meteora coins only. Each utility page lists its limits.

Question 3

Who are you?

Accepted Answer

IAM NOW UTILITY is independent software. It is not pump.fun, StonkFun, Raydium, Meteora or Jupiter.

Question 4

What is a Verified Dev?

Accepted Answer

The wallet the launchpad recorded as a token's creator, signed in. We read the chain every time, so a wallet that is no longer the creator is no longer verified. Signing in is free and moves no funds. See Sign in and Verified Dev.

Question 5

Who can edit a team page?

Accepted Answer

Only the verified dev, and the editor wallets the dev adds, up to 10. Only the dev can change the editors or add tokens to the page. A page address is permanent once it is chosen. See Team Pages.

Question 6

Can I put the tools on my own website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each of the six tools is one script tag. It works for any token, and you can set its colors. Wallet actions open a pop-up on our site, because wallets cannot be relied on inside another site's iframe. See the Embed guide.

Question 7

What do the utilities cost?

Accepted Answer

The Buy Button is free. A Burn Wall post costs 0.001 SOL. A lock costs 0.02 SOL. Locked Split takes a 5% share of the creator fees. Live Stats, the Trust Badge, team pages and embeds are free too. See Fees for the full list. Network fees and the fees of other programs are separate.

Question 8

Can people skip your fee?

Accepted Answer

For the Burn Wall and Lock Proof, yes. The fee is a line in a transaction our site builds, so anyone can burn or lock somewhere else. The Buy Button has no fee at all. Our fee income follows the traffic we bring. Locked Split is different: our share is one shareholder written onchain, and the dev cannot remove it.

Question 9

Does burning raise the price?

Accepted Answer

We do not say it does, and there is no prize or reward for burning. A burn destroys tokens, permanently, and nobody can bring them back, including us. The Burn Wall is a public message board ranked by burns. Nothing more.

Question 10

Can the dev or pump.fun change a Locked Split?

Accepted Answer

On pump.fun, the dev can edit the split once, and then the admin is revoked. After that the dev cannot change it. pump.fun itself keeps admin powers over fee sharing configs, so the split is permanent against the dev, not against pump.fun. On Meteora, the split has no edit, no close and no admin withdraw. Meteora can still upgrade its program through a multisig.

Question 11

Is the Trust Badge an audit?

Accepted Answer

No. It shows facts read from the chain, each linked to its proof. It is not an audit and not an endorsement.

Question 12

Why can I not buy from my country?

Accepted Answer

Buying through our widgets is not available in some regions. See Restricted regions. Everything that only reads, such as Live Stats and the Trust Badge, still works. A VPN does not change eligibility.

Question 13

Is $INU an investment?

Accepted Answer

No. $INU gives access to features. It pays holders nothing, and it is not a share in IAM NOW UTILITY. It has not launched yet. Its official mint will be published on the token page.
